I didn't accuse you of being picky. Don't put words in my mouth. I didn't accuse you of anything. Frankly,
I don't think you should accept what you got. You paid for a new guitar, you should Expect to get your money's worth. Read over my response. If you can't catch a break with the brand, then stop supporting them. That's all.

Joe I guess I took your meaning wrong and for that my most sincere apology to you!!! No except for the cat whisker splinters which are easily filed off and repainted with my newly found perfect match paint it is a lovely sounding and playing guitar. Besides, that was one close call with that whole scene with Eddie's. Not rolling those dice again for nothing. I really like this 175. Joe I read your post again and yes I got a completely different meaning out of it. I am in the wrong here pal. Yes you are right and I should stop buying Gibsons but damm I just dig them. Nothing sounds, plays, or looks as sweet as a Gibson when you get a good one. Once again I am sorry for my thin skinned reply to you.
You have always been very kind to me......my bad !

Vinny, Totally OK bud.
They need to do a better Job for you. No one should ever feel obligated to except a less than perfect product if they are buying new. Hopefully Gibson is not expecting you to do that. I wouldn't except it.
Good Luck Vinny.
PS, Now you got me looking at the inside of my f-holes! None of them are perfect. No biggie though.

Thank you my man !!! BTW your blonde 175 is absolutely stunning. When Gibson gets it right their is nothing better. I can see why you will never get rid of that one.
