One of my favs along with the Deluxe and JC settings. I'm good with the Reverb and Delay....but the other effects I'm not too hot on.

I'm a little tweaker! I am always messing with things and my Micro Cube just wasn't doing enough volume with other bigger speaker'd amps, so I went to town on it....

Is a Micro Cube loud enough to play along with an upright piano?-sdc11509-jpg
This is a car stereo speaker, I only put it in because it was yellow and Jazzbow likes yellow!
With a compressor pedal and P90 pickups it has a great crunch type R'n'R sound, but the clean sound is poor. So.....

I put in a swithcraft shunt jack so I can have a line out to speaker cabs, I was using a 2x10" cab and it shifts more air so therefore sounds louder. I found the metal backplate is earthed so the jack plug needed to go through the MDF cab.

Remember that messing with electronics is dangerous and Jazzbow does not condone messing with electrics in any shape or form

I frequently busk using my Roland Micro Cube but think that it's 5 watts not 2. I use my Ibanez AFJ85 and people tell me very often how good my tone and sound is.

For larger gigs I use a Roland Cube GX40 which is obviously louder but doesn't sound as good as the micro cube.

Since I like the micro cube so much, and that they've stopped producing this model, I'm buying another, second hand on Thursday. The offer has been accepted.
