"marginally useful asian"...when I think of that phrase my mind goes to getting a bad *j in hong kong?!!! that's a sailor 4 ya!

jus' the same, I'll not be selling the Cremona...just yet!

Thanks Spook...those were iphone 4s pics...I'm too cheap to upgrade to the iphone5...here's a few from the Nikon...I prefer the phone pics because they have better color...so much for the Nikon...maybe it's just operator error.

btw...I neglected to mention there's bear CLAW at the left f-hole...that's now the second blonde that arrived with left f-hole bear claw...wasssup with that?!

Ahh.. you mean that wood flaw near the f hole? Naturally I'll be expecting a discounted price.

Actually, per rp's observation, this is a different animal than production guitars regardless of source. And there is something about it that is just right.

    Greg,

You have had so many beautiful guitars that I expect nothing less.

I'd like to say something that does this new girl justice, but words fail me.

I'll bet it will improve with age, too.

Some say, that bear claw is an enhancement, therefore its presence can increase an archtop's value.

RP would know much better than I. But I'll say the quality of sound from this archtop is some of if not the best I've heard. And that's not saying much as I've not owned a plethora of high end guitars. The PrimaVera retailed for $8700 new. I've no idea what it's actual street price was.

Thanks Mark. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

Smiles.. yea.. bearclaw is viewed as a feature among the cognoscenti. I was pulling your chain.

So, did you get the ribbon mic working?

A mid model PrimaVera as noted by the finger rest, aka pickguard. A great guitar, which is also owned by one of our forum members.

Were you down there today? My “backyard.” Was going to go, but had to attend wife’s symphony concert instead (which was also awesome).

I thought the guy plays a VB(?)

Pix courtesy of my BIL, who attended the show. Today I chose to avoid throngs of almost naked old guys in thongs, dancing with gay abandon in the streets of Toronto, wreaking havoc on traffic.

Stayed in the bunker all day.
It's just a dugout that my dad built, in case the reds decide to push the button down.
