I get you since I love the EV-12L (but it did made the Henriksen weight 20 kgs, although worth it for me). Well the eternal weight vs sound quest

I couldn't help myself. I just bought a Phil Jones Cub-150. Very pleased. It was exactly what I was looking for in a grab-and-go amp. Plenty of volume for my needs.

Darin, I think they're great, at least based on my exposure to mine so far. Good feature set, too.....not too much, not too few. Kinda like the Three Bears....this porridge was "just right". I'm playing both my Taylor and my Ibanez through mine, and they both sound great. The Taylor uses the low input (because it has an onboard system with a 9v battery) and the Ibanez the high.

I've tried the Taylor with a balanced cable to the A channel and a regular cable to the B channel and so far I can't hear the difference. Will continue to experiment.
