HA! Have you ever compared a Wagyu Kobe beef steak to chum salmon, taken when the salmon are at the end of their run up stream and have exhausted all of their delicious fat in doing so??

Or, are you just thinking of grain fed beef chuck steak vs the delicious Scotish salmon??

Being in Seattle, I'll take the Salmon with an order of sienna burst SS15.

Steve Holst is in the Pacific Northwest. If you order a guitar from him, I'm sure he can throw a nice fresh salmon in the case before it ships.
