Considering the price of flatwound strings: our american friends pay more for Thomastik Infeld strings than for the D'Addarios. In Europe it's the other way round.
Here's a list of .012 sets: Flatwound Electric Guitar Strings – Thomann United States
I think Thomann is a good starting point for price comparisons. I wonder how their own label "Harley Benton" strings works.
But honestly, I change my flatwound strings like maybe every other year, so price is not really my first criteria.

I get the cheap webstrings flatwounds. They sound and feel great and help tame the brightness of my Ibanez AF71F.

You may try the Galli AJF medium.

BUT: they are meant to be used for my tuning; CGDAEG, low to high... however, they may work for you!

Here's a list of all the flatwounds I could find with details where available. (I have included the Newtone Archtops as well) Also current UK prices for 12-52 sets or nearest equivalent (excl-delivery).
Would be interested in any additions/amendments.

Thank you! Some brands in your list I’d never heard of before. About Harley Benton: I’ve no experience yet with their flats but I do use their rounds. They last about 2/3rds of the lifespan of big-name strings but they only cost 1/3rd. No tuning or intonation issues. They sound massive. I don’t know what Thomann does to those things, but they have a sonic tonic going there. I use them to play rock, mostly on guitars with P90s, and I love what I hear. They’re somewhat thicker sounding and the treble strings aren’t as bright. I do have environmental and ethics concerns as each string is separately packaged in cellophane and we’ve no idea how, by whom and under which circumstances they’re made somewhere in China. Which is why I mostly keep using big-name strings.

I don't think this is an accurate representation, but I'm messing about practicing octaves (Badly) on the Carbon Fibre travel guitar with the Harley Benton flat strings on this video.

I use D'Addario just because they're easy to find, in stock nearly everywhere
...and because they're cheaper than Thomastics.

I need help, 7 years ago i bought a semihollow and put 12 flats on it. It was hard to play. After 2-3 months changed to 10s and keep 12 chromes in pocket. but didn't practice guitar.
Now been practicing it again, love roundw 10s love my sound and now im wondering what im missing. Old 12 flats wounded strings looks good but not e and b. New string sets are expensive.
Do you think the 7 years old d'adario chromes works if i go buy single dadario carbon steel b and e ?
-
I can echo that, though utterly expensive they are a blast musically. What I do before I string them is make sure any product vestiges are off, especially the thicker strings do have some fine dust and I found removing that prior to fitting them on my guitar makes a huge difference.

You change flatwound strings every 6-8 weeks?
