Has anyone seen these? They're new for 2011. I just came across them yesterday. I'd post a picture but don't know how.

1. Bring up the web page with the image on it.

3. Back to the jazz guitar forum! See that "mountains and sun" (Insert Image) icon on the tool bar over the reply text box? Click on it, then paste in the image URL (ctrl V).
Done!

Doesn't seem to be too different from the SH550, but with double cutaway and a couple other small details.

Thanks BDLH, I tried but I still couldn't do it. Any how, you're right woyvel, they just seemed to catch my eye more because I've been looking around for a double cutaway in a small body size.
I'm really leaning towards an Eastman T184 or 185. I contacted them to see if they would/could make that model in a 7 string version, but the answer was no.

It must play like a dream, but I can't get past those block markers.

They're not raised, you can slide right on over them

Carvin provides you so many cosmetic options that you can easily swap out the bits you don't like for the bits you do. (I like their no-inlay fretboards, for example, and all the nice quilts!)

played this at the namm show in January. Played awesome, i want one someday.

I'm trying to stop laughing as I picture huge 3d block inlays sticking off a fretboard
