But excuse me but comparing two solid state guitar amps by their manufacturer's customer service sound a bit absurd for me. They are not cars!

The audience does not listen if Your gear has a good customer service or not. It should be the sound in Your ears that means.

Says a player who played for decades with Vox AC30 and now with Polytone. Both with non-existance customer service.
(But on the other side the amp techs in my city are nowadays my friends, thanks for both of these amps...)
