Pedal makers often make, and make noise of, a batch. If the demand is not there, end of story. This demo appears to be from 2022. Mad Professor now has new owners. AFAIK, Marko Karhu is no longer their demo guitarist. The good news is, the Super Black Mini is available, both from Mad Professor and a number of resellers.

Kind of nice it’s in a smaller format as well.

This analog pedal really misses out by not having an analog speaker simulation, so you can use it by itself like the Sansamp Blonde etc..
