This popped up on Marketplace the other day and I grabbed it. I’m in a thinning the herd mode these days and it fit into my plan to sell off a couple of Gibsons I don’t play very much.
1997, Westerly. Very nice shape. I like the slightly thinner body (2 and 1/2”). Very dark burst (Antique burst?), harp tailpiece. OHSC.

Beautiful. I loved the sunburst more, but the natural finish was more affordable and common.

Very nice, what sort of pickups are on these?

I must of owned 4 of these. Great guitar with a luxurious build quality. Play on!

Pickups appear to be some sort of HBs. Very well balanced. Not quite as dark as Gibson maybe?
It came strung .011 to .049. A little heavy for my 70 year old hands. I’ve got a couple of sets of .010s kicking around.
Overall, pretty happy.
