Agile 7-string Tele

Well actually a week and a half ago. An Agile 7 string Tele. Put chromes and a .076 low A on it. Set it up and did a little work on the nut. Sounds wonderful, especially for chord melody. This is my second Agile guitar. They’re made in South Korea for Rondo Music. The quality and workmanship is quite impressive. Only 800 bucks too.

Think I’ll name it Bucky Bickert.

Need sound clips!! How much does it weigh?

Rondo lists five 7 string "Texan" teles on their website. The nut is 1 7/8 on all, which is a bit narrow for my taste but a hair wider than the one on my '90s Epi LP 7 - so I could live with it for blues. They also have one that lists for $500 but is sold out. If your experience is good, I may have to look at one as a beater. My 2 solid 7s are much too heavy for my taste - the Epi LP weighs a few ounces shy of 11 pounds and the ESP hard tail has to be 8+.

They also have a LP-like 7 with Fishman Fluence pickups in it.
