Anyone have any experience with this builder? They are based in Budapest, Hungary and from what I have seen, they build high quality guitars, and the price tag reflects this quality. The one I am looking at is a full hollow body les paul style guitar. Their previous models are semi hollow, so this particular one is new. Attachment 127170
EDIT...I ended up buying the guitar. It's superb. Pictures don't do it justice. The neck feels great, and it sounds big. I have played clean with no drive, or with a bit of overdrive. Very happy.

My guess is that this guitar is the same specs as the PRS SC Hollow Body model. Perhaps a different neck shape, and wood selection as well?

You are correct. It's got an Arctic Birch top, Mahogany back, Rosewood neck and Ebony fretboard. Would you know how resistant to feedback that PRS is? I don't have any experience with PRS.

I’m sure it’s only prone to low end end feedback at very loud volume levels. the top is very rigid, and connected to the back via a post under the tailpiece probably the same as the PRS model

That's great info, thanks!

I ended up trading it plus a couple of hundred $ for a Benedetto Bambino Std. I wanted a more traditional Archtop, since I had other guitars for Pop,Rock,Etc.

The Fibenare does sound more open than my 335, which gives me a more traditional jazz sound. It compliments my 335 really well. It can handle overdrive, but it's definitely not a high gain guitar.

There must be some kind of similar block in the Fibenare to support the bridge.

No, there is no block, just two round wood posts attaching the bridge to the back of the guitar. I thought it would be prone to feedback, and it was one of the questions I asked, but am super happy to report that there is no nasty feedback at all. I don't play high gain stuff, but have played the guitar loud with overdrive and it's just great.

Lower bout just about 13 1/4"...so just a hair bigger than a Les Paul. Here are some pics of the back/neck joint. Superb craftsmanship, all done by hand.
