I unboxed it, tuned it and plugged it in. There's definitely a learning curve and the level is a bit low but here's what it sounds like on day 1.

As I said in the OP, there's a learning curve. I find the size and stiffness a bit of a challenge but I was looking for a challenge and there's definitely a big reward. Right now I'm letting the guitar dictate some of the direction I'm going with it and I'm really enjoying the result. I'm slowly letting more space sneak in. It's never going to replace my solid bodies but I feel like it can add a new dimension to my music and I'm open to that.
