    Always found that Fast Fret left a slightly sticky residue so no longer use it. Slightly related, I use an impregnated silver cleaning cloth for the strings ( and any plated parts ) and of course, when passing under the strings it automatically polishes the frets.

    'Fast Fret' and other string cleaner/lubricants are mineral oil, so using Baby oil (which is mineral oil) on a cloth will have the same results.
