Hmmm....

if you have a Multitester, you can begin to trace the path of the wires. Looks like two coils like a hum bucker.
Can they be hooked up in series, if desired, or parallel? A few diff. ways to go there.
Looks like a project to me. DO you happen to have a "project" guitar you can experiment in?

You may have to keep trying diff. wiring combos to get maximum results and avoid putting the two coils "out of phase" with each other.

Is there no remnant of a Pete Biltoft website where there may be a trail of info on his products? If not, Seymour Duncan's website has a ton of reference material, and could be a starting point.
