I don't own this, it's at the Met Museum, but this is one the best looking guitar I've ever seen. A work of art.
James D'Aquisto | Archtop Guitar | American | The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Jimmy D'aquisto's Centura Deluxe Model
But, I do have a poor copy of Jimmy D'Aquisto's famous Blue Centura Deluxe Model guitar.

Not my most expensive guitar but one that gets a bunch of compliments is the 1994 Emperor Regent. The long scale and big body with all the colors makes a statement.
-
It is a terrible guitar for playing jazz, but holy-mother-of-god is it gorgeous! And it's pretty remarkable for playing rock.
It's a 1998 Paul Reed Smith CE24MT.

Let's hope this one doesn't break our webservers. Here's a 40MB image (assuming it's not compressed upon upload). Edit: it got heavily compressed. Still looks good.

1937 D’Angelico Excel

This one just blows me away! The more I look at it the more I am entranced.

There have been a few that I loved on appearance.
The original Tal Farlow.
The cherry sunburst L5S (I had one which was stolen years ago).
Original D'Angelico New Yorker.
Best one I own, Comins GCS-1 Autumn Burst

My pretty. A 2019 Gibson Original Series SG Special in faded Pelham Blue. Not a Jazz guitar by any stretch, but I do play jazz on it. The P90s are unpotted and sound amazing.

Wow! So many beautiful guitars!
Here is my newly acquired 1993 Samick HJ-650. I think it looks pretty nice.

With new witch hat knobs.
-
My current 1997 L-5CT and a 1961 Super 400 I never should have sold…
-
This ol' gal was a joy to behold and had THE sound but in all honesty it was too valuable to keep and only play it at home. My smaller guitars (15", 16" and 17" models) all saw much much more stage action so this '62 Super went to another home, a younger player who is very able, capable and happy to use it.

I’m happy to see this thread continuing. I think I’ll drop the Lacey Delahaye to the mix.

Allan Beardsell High-A seven string, red spruce/walnut, 2006

Looks like the tailpiece was modeled after the Jaguar XK hood grill.

I was in this thread early, but thought I'd add a couple more that I didn't have then. First, a 2018 Gibson Crimson Super 400 Acoustic Blonde. Carved as an acoustic and it's never getting any electronics while I have it! This guitar was not played much before I got it a month ago. It's still limbering up but has already opened up dramatically from the day I got it. It's a fab beast of a guitar and in 80 years it's going to be really something else for someone after me (I'm about to turn 71). I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it while I have it or it has me.
Then, not my prettiest guitar but the mojo-est. 1944 Gibson L-7 (sourced from @ThatRhythmMan). It's had a life of having been played. I think it looks pretty good for 81 years old and having not ever been anyone's case queen. Tons of acoustic tone, and the Kent Armstrong Slimbucker floater sounds great, too. -Phil

Maton Starline 4606 60th Anniversary - Australian built, a real beauty, even better in real life, with a tone to match... (sadly, I sold this guitar not long ago)
-
One of the prettier ones ... A Jaros Gatlinburg custom , built by Tony Nagy during his stint at Gruhn's.
Low wind Lollars with coil taps , deep tenon neck

Not as good looking as most of what's been posted, perhaps, but of the three guitars I own I would think this the best looking.
