Laminate? Nice tone and playing. Interesting contrast to Jim Hall's tone with his D'Aquisto, which I never cared for. For my tastes, Jim sounded better with the ES-175 and with the Sadowsky. This, on the other hand, I really like.

For those keeping score at home, remember this isn't Jimmy's final carved guitar, which is what Jimmy's reputation was really made on. Although this laminate certainly appears to be a wonderful instrument. Going by completion date, not serial numbers, Jimmy's final carved guitar that he completed entirely on his own is a 17" Centura #1254 made for Toshiyasu Honda.
