Hi guys, I share this video with you trying out some new pickups. The idea is to show you the sound (sorry what I was playing, it's just improvisation). The pickups are made by Diliberto Pickups in Argentina and they ship all over the world. They have good dynamics and tone. I recorded the video with my M Audio Duo connected to the XLR output of my DV Mark Little Jazz.

Sounds beautiful to me. And don't ever apologise on a jazz guitar forum for 'just improvising'
-
that is a perfect tone good work

Nice tone.
They sell the classic CC pickup style too.
Here's a link to the pickups:

So I have owned a couple of Peter Biltoft (Vintage Vibe Pickups) A std CC Rider single coil for the neck position of a thinline Tele. As well as a custom made Double CC Rider floater for my Elferink Tonemaster Archtop.
Both sound really good and definitely deliver that iconic tone. One thing about his single coil I really liked ,was the ability to easily change magnets with just a screwdriver.
I tried various Alnico ones , but ended up liking the Ceramic best.
Funny thing was I thought the opposite would work better,Lol!

I have the T style mini versión too.
it Sounds very organic.
thanks for the replies!

Are those prices listed on his website in US Dollars?
-
Argentine pesos (ars)

Thanks for the response. I guess that’s basically $180 for the single coil one. Vintage vibe guitars.com Peter Biltoft offers the same pickup for $120 US dollars. Wonder how they differ?
-
I have no idea on how these pickups might differ, but recent rumor has it that Pete has decided to retire.

Thanks for the offer, but not looking actively at the moment.
