    looks like a golden gate mandolin pick or a d'andrea pro plec mandolin pick.

    These picks are from John's shop - and not for sale on a retail market. I always grab a few when I visit John - they are fabulous and really great for acoustic Archtop's.

    As close as I will get to owning anything from Mr. Monteleone.
    I just did some more searching and it looks like someone put one up on Reverb years ago and said they acquired it from Mandolin Brothers back in the day

    I suppose he also sells t-shirts via FB and Instagram nowadays, just like about every known builder and player I follow on there?

    Tell me about it. It was however genuinely the 1st thing that came to mind when I saw the post.

    (I mean, a true Monteleone pick must be made from sawdust, no? )

    Mandolin pick as mentioned. My wife plays mandolin and has a "Dawg" pick (David Grisman) which sounds very nice on archtop guitar. Probably made by D'Andrea or Dunlop.
