This is an abbreviated version of a new song. It's pretty close to just plug in and go. I continue to be surprised by how good this guitar sounds. Lots of value to be had for not a lot of money.

That sounds like Jim Soloway. You must really know how to dial in an amp to get your sound. Or maybe there's more to it than that...

Couldn't say it better. I'm always surprised how good those cheapos from Ibanez are. Okay, some need a little setup, but for that money...

There's actually less than that. Most of my recordings over the last several months have no amp and no amp modeler or plugin sim. I'm just plugged straight into the recording interface and maybe add a bit of EQ and reverb after the fact. And this one probably has the least EQ I've ever used. So really it's just the guitar being controlled by hands and the tone knob (the volume knob is wide open).

I used to have an AF95. How come mine didn't have music like that coming out of it?!?! I moved that guitar on because the nut was too narrow for comfort. The Gibson Citation and Eastman Frank Vignola suit me better in that department. Anyway, really enjoyed your playing (as always).
By the way, those Ibanez guitars have surprisingly consistent quality and especially for the price! Can't miss.
