Hey guys,
Does anyone know the name of this tune that Rene Thomas’s is playing here?
It’s super hip!

'I Remember Sonny'.

That was some sweet, clean sweeping guitar. I have not heard that very often in Jazz. Love those minor Blues. It was what I thought of first when I thought of Jazz. Probably from all those Noir films I used to watch as a young fellow.
Thanks for the post.

"I Remember Sonny"....

so is it the fm blues?

Alright, alright. You guys have done it.
I am going to create a CD with nothing but smoky, minor Blues.

Thanks for helping! Is the tune’s title a reference to Sonny Clarke?

I bought the lp on my honeymoon in Paris over 30 yrs ago. Also picked up Chet Baker's "Chet Is Back" which had the same personel as the posted video.
Love me some Rene....
