Here's an inexpensive, remarkably good guitar with a hyooge neck. Add a neck pickup! Refinish it! Play it as is!

It's an Epiphone Epiphone Jared James Nichols "Gold Glory" LP. If you like big necks, P-90s, wraptails, and woodworking, and saving bags of money, and so forth, this is a good guitar for you.

It's idiotically good for $525. It's in near-mint condition and weighs 8.25 lbs (great weight for a Les Paul). I got it in a trade and took it out on a gig just to see what it would do. And it's a complete hoot! But I don't need it - I already have several Les Pauls with P-90s, big necks, wraptail tailpieces, and so forth.

Someone buy it! $525 +shipping. I did swap in a Gibson TRC. The original is in the case (visible in the last photo) and I'll re-install it before shipping.

The guitar was introduced in 2025 and was updated @2025 with a new colour (Pelham Blue) and a few small changes. Here are some some specs from Gibson for this model:

I wish they’d make this with a single neck P90 and that bridge/tailpiece combo. It’s so close to perfect.
