These have a bit smaller body than the Les Paul but more than a SG. I don't know how it is wired, but it may have push-pulls to add to its options with what happens to the middle pickup, phase reversal, and coil splitting. It doesn't sound like it has those. However, I know Heritage did that on some.
I don't see fretboard binding and can't tell if it's a refret.
Very nice woods and a smaller heel!
If it is as good as it looks, someone will be very happy with it. My guess is it will weigh only about 8 lbs. I recall one weighing less than 8. Three pickups though may add a few ounces, but I don't know.

I did a quick, very unscientific search, and cannot find another example of a 3-pu 140. Doesn't mean they aren't out there, but maybe it was a custom build. Hey, you could pretend you are this guy:
