Purchased from Dave's Guitar Shop in Madison, WI (great folks!). Easily 9/10 and never taken out of the house since I got it. These guitars have one the best neck profiles I've ever played. No flaws, no nicks or dings, metal parts good, and no fret wear. Everything works as it should. Comes with really good Ibanez case. Strung with 11-52 Chromes (I think) that were on it when I got it. Selling to fund a pedal steel. $2000.00 plus shipping. You won't find a better one.
Great guitar, good price, good seller and a much more protective case than the OEM ones (well at least mine). My GB10 is a 1981 and it is an amazingly versatile and useful guitar. I've used it with jazz, blues, pop gigs with equal success. I don't play country but you could probably make it work for that, too. You can dial in dark/smoky/bebop or you can get bright/poppy and you can get blues tones somewhere in between. I get sidetracked with Teles, my ES+175, my carved archtop, my Strat, etc., but whenever I pull it out and use it I wonder why I have any other electric guitars (well, we all know the answer to that question, don't we?). It won't duplicate the sounds of the others but it will cover the same ground without breaking a sweat. George and Ibanez knew what the hell they were doing.
I grew up in a house where there were a lot of family jam sessions in our basement as all my uncles, grandparents, etc were working musicians. So in childhood I heard a ton of GASB and I knew someday...
Hi,
Anyone up for trading some Thomastiks?
I have 3 sets of GR112 round wounds and would like to swap them for GB112 flats.
I accidentally bought these and by the time I realized it, too late...
Just wind chimes. Ice cream trucks are banned in my ward..the rumor is because some kid got hit by one years ago...but there's no record of that ever happening.
Have you seen this one from Canada (worldwide shipping) The Marketplace for Musicians | Reverb.com
Condition looks very good , as good as my own '97 I'd say (a keeper BTW :smile-new:) those are...
[QUOTE=Tom Karol;1474641]OK, a few things:
1) Red tape definitely helps you play faster, but blueish-green makes you more soulful
and yellow is good for power pop.
"..my yellow in this case...
Not doing this one for the umpteenth time.
This is nonsense. No one is saying that practice guarantees that kind of in the moment flow state thing. I said it happens occasionally at best.
