I'll only ship in the USA via UPS after that experience with customs and USPS

When I told him I don't think it will go through customs Because of the discrepancy, They said it will and I shipped it.

Then I got it back, I went to the post office and spoke to the same person told them what happened and And they said "well, it's not our fault you didn't have to listen to us" !

Incompetence by design (or lack of it). Surprisingly enough, if you drastically cut back on facilities and staffing, the quality of customer service tends to decline. I will no longer ship a guitar by USPS.
