Well I am looking for Super 400 but not a CES but an acoustic, that said glad to see they got one out.

With that, it's not a new build.
Gibson has used many serial numbering methods but for most 21st century builds it is:

Y=Decade D=Day Y=Year B=build of the day

201x / April 17 / xxx7 / Build (or stamp) 002
April 17, 2017, starting the workday right by stamping a new Super 400.

Correct it is a 2017. Gibson made 1 more S400 in 2018 and that was it. I have the last Tal Farlow made which is also a 2018.
