ON REVERB: Just a moment...
Price $6800
__________
This Heritage Golden Eagle was handcrafted in 2000 at the Heritage factory in Kalamazoo, MI, by luthiers with roots in Gibson craftsmanship. The guitar is in excellent condition and has been meticulously cared for—never used on a gig—and comes with new strings.
It features new Grover machine heads that perfectly match the original hardware. The beautiful sunburst finish highlights the exceptional wood grain, especially on the back. There is only a tiny, barely noticeable finish check that does not affect playability or tone.
The Golden Eagle captures a natural, resonant sound reminiscent of an L5 acoustic, with a single pickup mounted on the fingerboard and a single volume control, allowing the guitar’s character, natural tone and vibrations to shine through. Comes in original case.
Having worked at Gibson in the 1970s, I can confidently say this is a true gem, full of character and history. This guitar is ready for your personal setup and will reward any player with its rich tone and exceptional playability.

That's one helluva nice Golden Eagle.
What are the neck specs?
-nut width?
-neck depth at 1st fret?
-neck depth at 9th fret?

Wow. I have a 1993 GE that also is fantastic. While the top looks the same, the back on yours is truly exceptional. GLWTS. It really is a hidden gem!

That is a beauty. Can you clarify if you plan to offer a lower price than on Reverb? Might help
get more interest on here since ou may get a direct sale. Unless of course, you only want to deal through Reverb

Ooo-la-la! Gorgeous burst. Aesthetically I think GE surpasses L5. JMO.

That is an intriguing point. I realize it's been discussed on here already, the Gibson / Heritage comparison. I haven't held on to past Heritage archtops. That said, way too much that I let go....but losing the OP's thread sale...sorry...
