Just curious Jack Z. Haven’t you owned this model in the past?
I owned the ER 2 and was curious as how the internal carving was different on the ER 3 with the stop tail piece?
-
You do like small guitars!
-
I was looking into these recently and I'm pretty sure I watched a you tube of him demoing one!

Used Eastman ER-1 Vintage Natural Hollow Body Electric Guitar Vintage Natural | Guitar Center
This just popped up, seems like a fair price.

i bought that but called them up to ask a question about it and they couldn't locate it. So I canceled.

They had a used PRS john mayer silver sky for $1150 which is about $500 cheaper than the typical price (If it's a USA model). I sent them 2 messages asking if it was a USA model and they never replied. It's no wonder why they are struggling

You may have missed my reply. In 2 recent occasions, they could not locate the guitar I called them about. In one case, it was an instrument I had just purchased from them.

I saw it, Jack. I assumed that you bought it online, and you didn't say specifically whether you called before or after you clicked the buy button. "I bought that but called them up to ask a question" suggested to me that you called after you bought it online. I also assumed (logically, I think) that if you'd called before buying it and they couldn't find it, you wouldn't have bought it.

If I can't get a helpful staffer, I ask for the manager. I click "buy" while I'm on the line with them and make sure the correct item appears as a purchase at the ageed upon price.
I keep a record of everyone I talked to, when, why, and what they said. I've only had one problem with them. I once bought a condition 1 "open box" amp head, and their website says that condition 1 used equipment carries the full manufacturer's warranty. The email confirmation showed that it had their used equipment warranty, so I called immediately. The solution was to send me a new one because they couldn't get that warranty notation out of the documentation and I wouldn't accept his word without written confirmation of a factory warranty.

I bought before I called because it was a good deal and didn't want to lose it but then wanted to verify it actually was what they were advertising it as.

Not being able to find it qualified as "significantly wrong" enough that I canceled the order.

Guitar Center seems to have poor communication between their main office and their outlet stores, an instrument may be sold at a local outlet and yet still be listed on their website for quite a while afterwards.
I found that sending an email inquiry to their stores is an exercise in futility, your odds of getting a reply from them are exceeded by your odds of winning the lottery.

Old thread but if you didn't find one I have a 2017 in great condition with a Beneditto pickup that was on it when I bought it. Can send pics and info if interested.
