Putting my Peerless Cremona archtop guitar back up for sale. I bought this new 4 years ago. It's never seen a gig or left my house. Its the best guitar Peerless makes and its really a great value. I believe i paid $2400 for it new. It's as good as it gets in this price range. A pro level instrument in every way with beautiful woods throughout. The guitar is in near mint condition. Extremely easy to play with low action set-up. I play fingerstyle and with a pick and it handles both brilliantly. So much fun. Jazz chords are lush and articulate. Single note melodies are clear and full bodied. Love to play chord melody on this baby. It would be a great addition to any archtop collection. I just not playing a lot these days so time to pass this along.
It features a carved maple top and laminated maple back and sides. The carved top gives you a nice acoustic tone and plugged it its fabulous. A few other spec's include a maple neck, ebony fingerboard, an ebony cello style tailpiece, Grover tuners with ebony buttons and a Kent Armstrong built-in humbucker. Original case included which has a small tear on the outside that i just put some tape on. You can see it in one of the pictures. its never been an issue but i like to disclose everything.

What's the neck like i.e. back profile/shape and depth at the 1st and 9th positions?
-
i don't have anything to measure that (calipers)
it's a medium/thin neck . if you're looking for a fat neck, this would not be the right guitar
that sais i love the neck on this one

I've noticed that with Peerless guitars - the necks are usually fairly thin. Just wanted to double check because otherwise it's a really nicely spec'ed guitar. A pass for me but thank you for the info!

Id be interested if I wasn't broke as a joke. Maybe around tax season haha. How does it sound acoustically?

I have the 17" version of this guitar. Agree with OP description and the various threads online about this model. It's a really nice guitar.
Really good build quality. The acoustic sound is excellent and can be played without amplification when you want to do that. Projects well.
I have a laminate Peerless Gigmaster and the Cremona carvetop (which I assume is pressed) and the tone is different. More mellow and woodier on the Cremona and slightly brighter and snappier on the Gigmaster.
Both very nice.
I use 12-52 pure nickel wound strings right now and have had flatwounds on both which makes them even more mellow.
In regard to the above question about neck, mine is moderate and slightly on slim side, but not what I consider thin.
Measures .823 at first fret, .899 at 7th fret, and .957 at 11th fret before it starts to expand larger toward the neck joint.
