For sale is a 2022 Borys B-120. With very little in-home playing time, the guitar is in excellent condition, with a tailpiece that the original owner had gold-plated by the same folks who, I was told, do Gibson’s gold-plating. A beautiful guitar—it reminds me of a modernized and refined take on the 1950s single pickup ES-175. The sound is, to my ears, spectacular, with a bit of thunk in the mids and a sweet roundness in the high end.
Here is a short clip of the actual guitar in question played through an Ampeg Gemini II:

pretty guitar, but an unfortunate name xD

lol, really? ok, if i must: a russian sounding name in this day and age + all the pop-culture connotations of the name Boris + the fact that an archtop is a delicate instrument which is, again, the antithesis of everything "Boris" brings up (i or y notwithstanding), need i say more?

Please don't, this is a classified ad posted by someone trying to sell a guitar.
I'm pretty sure you're the only one reading it that thought of that, I know I sure didn't, and it's not helping the op.
Why do some people constantly feel the need to detract from for sale ads by posting irrelevant content?

That is a great guitar! I have a 2021 and it's my work horse guitar. Somebody will be very happy with this axe for sure. Good luck with the sale!

Wonderful guitar! Not sure what Roger calls it, but this is one of my favorite colors, too - gorgeous!
GLWTS!

Beautiful guitar.
Advanced Plating in TN plates for Gibson as well as other musical instrument companies.

Besides sounding great, the 120 has one of the most comfortable necks to play in my opinion.

Is that a Kent Armstrong pickup? How have you liked the sound(s) you get with it?

These are great guitars. I tried one a few years back at a friends house and it was heavenly. Great neck as noted above and great tone (though my friend had ancient strings on it). He wouldn't sell it and I couldn't afford a new one which I think is about $1500-$2000 higher in price than this one. Only thing I remember is that it seemed pretty heavy which I attributed to the tailpiece. But again, that was a few years ago. I bought a Heritage 575mh instead which seems to do the job though I'd trade it in an instant for the Borys.

Sounds spectacular!
Where are you located again?

Looks great! If I didn't have both a B-120 and Jazz Solid, I'd be all over that one. GLWTS.
Speaking of the Jazz Solid, there's one on Reverb now being sold by the cat that I bought mine from.
I would've bought it yesterday, but he said he had it specially made by RB to bring out his blues playing.
Last time I spoke to him, he said he had 169 guitars!
He only had about five Borys'.

Look my dudes, y'all need to chill, I complimented the dude's guitar and made a half-jokingly comment about the name - i would have hoped that my use of the "xD" would help you understand this but alas...
As for unnecessary comments, don't look at me, look at the chorus that joined in unnecessarily. Wintermoon made a valid observation and it could've ended then and there, but noooo y'all wanted to get on ur high horses right? I'm sure that if my comment was really problematic a Mod would've deleted it. I was asked what I meant by my comment and I did. To give ya some context, I'm studying advertising and I'm multilingual so for me words and names (especially when it comes to brand names) ALWAYS bring up meanings, connotations and subtext. And from this perspective, oftentimes such things are funny. Stop being so uptight and learn to laugh a bit.
Peace
