Whenever you see a post with the notation "guest" underneath, that's someone who was banned. You many not be aware of this, but the forum is no longer moderated because when the last moderator stepped down a few years ago no one else volunteered. So there's no routine monitoring and banning or suspending for misbehavior. Instead, people (inconsistently) report posts to Dirk (the site owner), who is busy with other stuff. He then investigates and bans when he has the bandwidth. For the most part it's OK this way, but sometimes bad stuff sneaks through.

I reported the earlier one today, Guild X-150, twice, and his previous scams just as many times. He keeps returning and he PMD to the point of harassment after outing him. All he needs to do now is change his profile name. Yes, nice homework above on this Guild that sold a month ago on the LTG Forum.

Both, but a large portion are ban-ees. There used to be a “banned” indicator, but not anymore, and the ban-ees were converted to “guest”
