Long-time favorite of mine. Cool to see and hear this transcription. I never would have figured out the A string was lowered by an octave and that the solo was back to standard. Tal just really heard things differently than other players. Truthfully, I prefer Barney Kessel's chord melody work with liberal use of open strings a bit more, but Tal was a true innovator and his harmonic hearing and execution of chord melodies was ferocious. What a lot of work it must have been to figure this all out!

Wow. The transcription graphics are nearly as amazing as the playing.
This would be Tal with his es350 I assume?
