I remember you used to encourage me to practice ideas like these across the fretboard and over different chords. I've finally understood the wisdom of this and have been doing it in earnest with a few LickyBricks(TM) taken from George Benson and Bird. I'm a slow learner

Excellent stuff, very enjoyable video, you show how simple Bebop can really be, by just using phrases. For Rock, we all copied licks, so for Jazz, we copy Phrases. It's that simple.
I listened and listened, and then listened again. Fantastic video, well done.

I've sent you £10 for your good work on the videos. Simple Bebop phrases work best for me. I play similar phrases repeatedly everyday over songs (Obsessively), it seems to work.



I hope others donate, so that you can continue your good work.
Edit: I know £10 is only a small amount, compared with all the work you must have put into producing the video. Hopefully, many others will donate too.
