Legato + swept/economy picked melodic minor arpeggios over Alt chords
This is an interesting way to play diatonic arpeggios. In this case, we're playing melodic minor 7th chords,
diatonically up the scale. The idea is to have no more than 3 strings you're working with and to attempt to
slur anytime there are 2 notes on a string and when you change strings, use sweep/economy picking.
I violated this rule in a couple places in measures 5 and 6 but because my little finger transitioning to my
3rd finger is weak and I don't do well with slurs between those fingers but I recommend working on the
the technique in order to minimize that -- I encourage you to follow the rules and not cheat like I did.
For the demo, I'm playing over Ab7Alt although obviously, you can use this over any diatonic chord in the
key of Amin
