It always amazes me that piano players can read both clefs at the same time .

Treble clef is easy for me. Bass clef is always a bit of a transposition.

It is actually easier to read the whole thing than go back and forth.

Struggling a little with fingerstyle on the narrow spacing. I haven't played much guitar in the last couple years either...

I think Eastman's version of the 175 has a wider neck, maybe 1-3/4". ICBW. AR 371? AR372?

ps - The Eastman has 2-3/32" string spacing at the bridge. Obviously I don't know about your 175.

My most narrow bass is 16mm (that's the standard way to measure string spacing on bass). I think I could probably do 14mm without losing much in the way of right hand technique using fingers.

unfortunately, the eastman doesn't sound like a 175. It has it's own thing which is not my cup of tea. Also, as I said, the spacing really isn't significantly different.
