This is dedicated to my father, Sy Zucker. It's called Nite, pops...
I'll never forget you pops. You are in my heart forever. Every breath, every note, is for you...
I'm playing a JCR Fretless bass, a JCR Fretted bass, a Yamaha SA2200 and Gibson 175 on this track through a fractal FM3 and then direct into my audio interface.

Beautiful music for tender remembrances. I love when you switch to guitar for the last two and a half minutes and then do the melody out with bass and guitar in unison. With all the layers plus drum programming involved, this sounds like a lot went into creating this work of art. Bravo.

Thanks Mark, I appreciate the comments and feedback.

Recording sounds good too btw.

Nice playing JZ and great tone. Hell, if you lived in Northern California, I would hire you to play the bass. That is some serious bass chops you have going on there. And that 175 sounds great. I am guessing you now see the reason that many of us are impressed with the electric Gibson archtops of the 90's.

Thanks Dave. I appreciate it very much.

Such a great guitar. I'm taking it into the shop in may to be a fret level and the edges of the frets trimmed back a tad so it's going to be even better!

i miss my dad, too.

Awesome tune. It's great when you have a special inspiration for a tune. Were you sweeping with your thumb, or is that an optical allusion?

Thanks and condolences to you as well. We never get over a loss like this. We just learn to let the waves crash further from shore...
