It‘s for sure not a real set-thru neck . It‘s just marketing speech, whatever it means.

What worries me about that crack is that it appears to be the result of movement *beneath* the finish. I wouldn't keep the guitar.

Guess #2: "set through" in this case simply means that the neck is not bolted on.

What means „set thru“?

I don't know.. I just saw it written on spec chart..
