Wow Vinny! That's some amazingly beautiful wood! Thanks for posting the progression. It's really exciting to see it happening.
Cheers

The thing about Mark Campellone is it doesn’t matter wether you get a Standard or a Cameo. The quality will be the same…..perfect.
I wish I jumped on the Campy train 20 years ago.
He will go down in the history books as another great Italian archtop maker.
Italian food and archtops, doesn’t get better than that.

Immaculate!

I'm getting jealous, and mine just arrived a month ago!
EDIT: (Don't mean to hijack your thread!).

Vinny I think that choice of top you made was a good one.
Between you and Mark there's a lot of experience going into that guitar.
Priceless really.
-
Doesn't get better than that ! The Special is appropriately named.

Thanks, Mark and I went through quite a few back sets to arrive at that bookmatched pair. One of the few he still has like that.

You know, I don't really appreciate posts like this - my jaw dropped so far open, and my tongue rolled so far out of my mouth it landed on my Newfoundland and how its covered in dog hair!
