There may be a new Peerless Hardtail or Sunset in my future. Although truthfully, I am intrigued by the new Comins GCS-1ES. I'm a year out from an acquisition, so we'll see what happens.

Me too, 55 years of guitar an later violin and never developed calluses. I gigged for years in Cleveland to support myself and never a callus. Guess I’m just lucky.

It's sort of weird, I have been playing for 51 years. I play daily. My fingers don't callous. I feel no discomfort whatsoever.

Is there something wrong with me?

Lol...I was going to mention this with me too- I do have subtle callouses but not like when I was using Carltonish vibrato long ago and I use heavier strings and more aggressive playing than when young.

Maybe we are more efficient now ?
