We just updated our FB page with some clips from a live gig in a dining room where I played my AR503CE. I used a zoom pedal with a little bit of stereo jazz chorus, jazz chorus amp sim, and then straight into the mixing board. There might have been some compression at the board but I do not know about that.

I have used the guitar at number of open mics where I have very little control. Although sound can vary greatly at open mics I find that the guitar rarely produces a sound that I find to be unpleasant under those conditions.
