There's a guy in Las Vegas who makes inexpensive ones, and one is for sale on the Bay: Headless Klein Inspired Guitar Tele Humbucker Pickups Les Paul Stop Tailpeice | eBay (ugly paint job, IMO, but a decent guitar -- I keep one at work, where I practice at lunch! I bring out the Forshage ergo, though, for gigs!)
If you are talking about who I think you are (name starts with B), I had him build me one for $650. It was pretty bad. I'd owned a parts-Klein that I bought used for $800 that was a MUCH better guitar. Nice guy - not such a nice guitar.

Yeah, I've dealt with that guy from Vegas. I called him up, and was real excited about him building me a cheap ergo. He said that he would do it as soon as he finished a guitar for a relative. I think it was his grandson. Anyways, a lot of time went by, and so I called him up leaving a message. He didn't return my phone call. Got hold of him the next time, and he assured me that he was working on it. I called a month or so later a couple of times, left a message and never heard back. Finally, I located my Raines via a referral from a stellar member of this forum. The Raines is a whole other story, but when the guy from Vegas finally sent me an email like a year or so later asking if I was still interested in the guitar, I never responded.

Also, of note............when I spoke with him on the phone the first time, he spent a significant amount of timing whining to me about how difficult it was to get customers, and how SUPERIOR his product was compared to these other hacks. I told him at the time that I was desperate for a comfortable guitar, and that if he built me something of that order that I would be sure to spread the word online.

Fun, easy fact for those who are trying to get customers.....try being a little respectful and professional. It's amazing how much easier the cash will flow.

I'm having my ergo built by CB Hill in Huntington Beach, CA. I HIGHLY recommend him for his product and for his way of doing business!!!

I was waiting for Sharon to pitch in with her account of "B" (see above). I bought mine used for nothing, so it's "worth" what I paid.

Can't wait to see what Sharon and CB come up with!

Is it a fraud? Yes! They are fraudulently using the names and brands of others.

Is a regular headstock with regular tuning machines such a terrifying proposition? Did one bite you as a child? Tired of the old missionary and looking for a bit of soixante-neuf?

Man, I don't get the psychology of those who want their headstock "the other way". But then I am not the one seeking help...or am I?

Aside from anything else already mentioned it appears to have an "Overlord of Music" bridge.

You can can google that yourself for the nasty details.
