yes please let us know about the Squire !
I am curious to know how much you can tweak its saturation given there are no separate volume and master controls.

The Crystal looks smart in design but a little obscure in result and yes, way ugly, but this doesn't matter

totally agree, the Crystal is not sexy... but has a master control.

Why do you think the master is not important ?

Because I don't want distortion... just a clean pedal that replicates the amp's tone stack. Fenders don't have masters so...
