Does anyone have one of these? I think the idea is fantastic, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried one and what you thought of it as a practice tool.

I bought one but it's a lot more fiddling around than I have the patience for (I have a crate of pedals I've bought since the 80s and never use. With the exception of my reverb pedal, a month or two is all they last in use for me before I am annoyed by them. So take that with a grain of salt. I really just want a guitar plugged into an amp).
A friend has the Trio+, though, and he makes great use of it; I think his playing was really sparked by this pedal. He has sent me home with loaded SD cards to play with. I can see the utility of it, but I don't have the patience for the learning curve.
It is not designed primarily as a jazz thing, so getting the bass to swing takes some fiddling. If you learn how to record in sections and then set the repeats, you can save time putting backings together.

I have been interested in getting one, but I read somewhere that the jazz and Latin settings are really limited. Don’t know for sure.
