Comins GCS-16-1 - Si/No?

Hello, my guitar is yamaha sa2200, I am very happy with its sound and it is very versatile. I wanted a specific guitar for jazz only, warm, sweet, full sound... I was thinking of a Comins gcs-16-1, what is your opinion? Is it worth it or do I risk having a little more? Thanks

Best Guitar in this price range. Prefer it to the Benedetto Bravo I had and all the Eastmans.

There are quite a few threads on the Comins GCS-16-1, including owner reviews, comparisons with other archtops, etc. Search the forum and you'll be rewarded with a lot of useful information.

I’m a big fan of the Comins, owned one of these for awhile. My only con is that it’s not as feedback resistant as other laminates I have played.

Thanks for your replies, I'm interested to know if it's possible how the sound compares to a semi-acoustic guitar.

Because it’s deeper with a spruce top and only one pickup it’s a lot more resonant than any semi-hollow.
