Help identifying old archtop

Hey all — was hoping someone might be able to help me with any info about this guitar. It doesn’t appear to have any logo / serial / anything. The only identifiable marking seems to be the markings on the fretboard. Flamed back and solid top so thinking it may not be a complete piece of garbage but no idea. Seems to have a very short scale length, but maybe that’s typical.

Been told it’s a Harmony but it doesn’t seem exactly like any of the models I’m seeing
