For new amps, I would want to know if the pots and jacks are soldered into the board. If so, I'd probably avoid that product. The mechanical stresses too often lead to failure in that design.
I’d wager a lot of people would play a little better after one, but worse after two.

I have a Fender keyboard amp, does not work for electric guitars, sounds completely bland and dull, might be suitable for an acoustic-electric but I doubt it.
