Before I watch, I have to say my usual piece that knowing theory is never the problem...it's "knowing of it" poorly and then trying to force fit the little bit you've gleaned into everything.

That's what's really happening in all of the bullshit stories people tell about this "amazing musician who learned theory and it killed his creativity."
