So, here’s another video recording done this morning. My hands have been somewhat challenging over the past few months with some joint pains and stiffness, but not so painful that it would ever stop me playing. I actually think the movements from playing are helpful along with light stretching. Meanwhile, my brain has a good 10 hours a day of ideas I’d like to play, even if these 67 year old bones aren’t t having it
