    Can't go wrong with Hoagy Carmichel. Note that I selected his tune Stardust, and someone else, his song, The Nearness of You.

    I don't think any other composer had 3 songs listed in this thread.

    Lot's of good candidates surfacing!

    Moonlight In Vermont, Georgia On My Mind, Days of Wine and Roses, New York New York, Summer Wind, Misty, Here's That Rainy Day and George Straight's You're Something Special to Me. There are others of course but these are some of my favorites.

    For me, the most enduring one I still love to play after all these years is Stella By Starlight. But lately Pannonica is up there. But as usual, I play it medium. Stella too! LOL.
