Look at the toolbar in the posting box. Looks like this:


1. The red one is for posting images. Click on it and you'll see you have a choice. Either you post an image direct from your computer or you post the link for that image from the internet.

2. The blue one is for posting videos. BUT you can only do it from the internet. Which means you need the link to that video. Not the general page on which the video appears in Facebook but the sharing link to the actual video itself.

Underneath the video it says 'Share'. The link should be there. You put that in the space provided in the box here and the video should appear in your post.
